Senior Treasury Analyst

--Assist in preparation of statutory-basis financial projections
--Analysis of company-wide financial projections, including GAAP-basis, statutory-basis, and cash-basis projections
--Work with upper management to develop annual budgets and interim expense forecasts
--Analyze and explain monthly expense variances
--Assist in developing additional cost management tools to provide greater insight on cost trend and use in expense projections.
--Coordinate and complete various audit requests as needed
--Assist with cost allocation methodology development and implementation
--Special projects as necessary

Requirements:

Education/Work Experience:
--College graduate with major in Accounting or Finance
--2-5 years of experience, with 2-3 preferably in public accounting
--Knowledge of insurance industry desired

--Must possess strong analytical/research skills
--Strong written and oral communication skills-
-Strong organization skills and an aptitude for detail
--Confidence to interact with senior management and work well independently
--Self motivated individual who can identify opportunities and exhibit insight and innovation
--Ability to work effectively with others with varying degrees of skill levels
--Must be able to adapt to change and react quickly to requests for information
--Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
--Knowledge of Hyperion software and Essbase applications preferred
