Purpose

Responsible for the administration of the Strategic Location Information System (SLIM) and PMA Access databases. Works with PMA, Real Estate Existing Stores (REES), and Property Management (Building Services) on an ongoing basis.

Responsible for maintaining the Slim sequel server system including updating and maintaining data tables, drop-down fields, label names
Responsible for maintaining the CAM Rebill and CAM Payable Access Databases.
Developing and maintaining automated reporting and ad-hoc queries in Crystal Reporting.
Ensuring System interfaces with other Target systems are working properly.
Developing and conducting system training for all team members.
Maintaining system documentation on Slim System Administrator role.

Responsible for completing a quarterly evaluation of the system security in compliance with SOX requirements.
Monitoring access to the system, including giving and revoking user access.
Initiating system change requests for PMA team members.
Understanding the business need for changes, challenges changes not warranted, and helps team members identify solutions.
Working with PMA Manager, Target Technology Services and Third Party vendor on prioritizing and implementing change requests for system enhancements and corrections
As a Liaison between PMA, REES and TTS Support for resolving problems
As a Liaison between Target and 3rd party vendor for resolving problems that escalate beyond the scope of TTS and implementing system changes for the new system.
Creating solutions for the department for automating processes.
Stays current on technology developments and provides updates to PMA team

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
4 year college degree
3 - 4 years of business experience
Proven systems aptitude - advanced understanding of sequel databases, Crystal Reporting, and Excel
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively - both written and oral
Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
Proven project management skills
Strong interpersonal and team skills
Experience with Web focus Reporting
Systems aptitude in Access modeling
understanding of accounting
