The SMB Retail Corporate Account Manager is responsible for meeting/exceeding revenue goals for an assigned book of accounts. Once a deal is closed, it will be transitioned to an Account Manager. This Account Manager will be the primary point of contact between company and the customer. Additionally, the Account Manager will be responsible for the growth and satisfaction of their book of customers. Responsibilities for this job include attainment of set revenue goals; up-sell branding services, database integration, and advanced training; maintaining close relationships with set accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction; and utilizing appropriate features in the software.
Requirements:
? BS or BA degree required
? Previous account management experience in the software industry or related industry
? Proficiency using Excel and MS Office applications
? Basic financial analysis skills in order to be able to project revenue
? Comfortable with web-based applications
? At least 3-5 years work history
? A strong customer service orientation and the ability to form long-term customer relationships
