Solutions Specialist - Limited Brands Solutions Development Team

Solutions Development is a high-visibility internal consulting team that supports Limited Brands? central organization and the strategic lines of business. The Solutions Development team?s primary focus is to assist clients in improving their business performance and profitability by providing collaborative-based services including problem solving, process improvement and methodology support. The Solutions Specialist will be called upon to research, assess and fix problems across the Enterprise. They will have accountability for the execution of client engagements and for achieving measurable targets as established in the engagement proposal. This role will also proactively work to design and improve the Solutions Development team?s products and services and will report to the Director, Solutions Development.


Responsibilities include:
-Design/build frameworks, methodologies, processes and tools assisting the Director in the build of the function.
-Constructing pay for service models.
-Assessment, prioritization and development of pragmatic strategies to solve unique client problems.
-Developing detailed engagement proposals with measurable targets and deliverables.
-Leading and participating in the execution of high quality engagements.
-Create and actively manage project plans and resources.
-Provide status reporting to key stakeholders.
-Recognize and escalate projects, issues, risks as they arise. Avoid/minimize risks as appropriate.
-Producing high quality reporting and deliverables.

-Must be able to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and credibility in prior roles.
-Superior influencing skills.
-Demonstrated ability to manage/lean cross functional groups to achieve desired business results.
-Ability to synthesize complex issues and make them simple.
-Strong business acumen with excellent observation and deduction skills.
-7-10 years of experience in a variety of roles such as finance, operations, project work, process improvement, etc.
-Knowledge of project management, process management, process improvement, problem solving tools, and other change management techniques a plus.
-Ability to drive projects to completion, balancing the need for broad input and analysis with a results orientation.
-Outstanding facilitation and motivational skills coupled with demonstrated analytical skills and abilities.
-Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
-Knowledge of Limited Brands business or retail industry a plus.
-Strong presence with excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with all levels of an organization.
-Prior knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodologies a plus.
-Above average PC skills including experience with complex spreadsheets, flowcharting tools, project management software, statistical analysis packages, and proficiency in PowerPoint.
-Master?s degree a plus.
