- Seasoned professional with expert knowledge of contract negotiation and project management skills. Manages all BPO strategic supplier sourcing and contract activities. Responsibilities for developing and implementing contract strategies in collaboration with the strategic needs of the respective business unit(s), including contractual amendments and change orders. - Demonstrated results in global outsourcing initiatives. - Demonstrated team management experience and exceptional communication skills. - Provide direction regarding the negotiation strategy used during the contracting effort, including the development of the negotiation strategy, prioritization of key initiatives & contractual execution of all pricing, terms and conditions, statement of work and service level agreement for the business requirements associated with complex technical requirements for various products or services. - Interacts and collaborates with senior executives in communicating strategic initiatives to Suppliers. - Leads cross-functional sourcing and business unit teams in obtaining and evaluating appropriate market research, forecasting, & long range plans to ensure relationship continuity with strategic suppliers. - Interface and collaborate with sales in an effort to support revenue objectives and provide negotiator with details to promote reciprocal relationships. Provide strategic direction on supply chain solutions including diverse spend and overall supply chain optimization. - Responsible for reading and analyzing contracts; developing and facilitating compliance programs for strategic suppliers.
- Leads efforts for customized design of supply chain solutions for complex supply chain problems. - Interfaces with the respective business units and other Supply Chain Management functions for synergies associated with best practices and lessons learned regarding contract performance. - Responsible for establishing performance measurement criteria to be applied during supplier audits. Responsible for supporting the Supplier Management and Contract Compliance team regarding compliance audits conducted for various suppliers.

This position may be filled in Reston, Virginia or Overland Park, Kansas.
