Scope of Responsibility:

 Development and maintenance of a service catalogAdministration of cost accounting processes to distribute IS costs to customers (Domains, Affiliates, Countries)Administration of demand management/consumption processesAdminister chargeback methods for all IS servicesCollection and maintenance of monthly data for all IS services (e.g., CPU usages, consulting hours, etc.)Monitor and ensure compliance with IS staff time trackingCalculate and verify monthly internal customer invoices for IS servicesRegular customer meetings to review customer chargesDispute resolution

 

Required Processes:Service Catalog Development and maintenance processes including service definition, cost pool/rate calculation, consumption tracking, and variance reporting (revenue and cost pool expenses)Creation of customer invoicesUtilization forecastingHistorical Utilization, Forecasted utilization, Current Charges ReportingCalendar of events to include:Due dates for utilization inputsFinalization of customer charges in accordance with Corporate Finance requirementsCustomer invoice review meetingsIS Service Manager reviews

 

Minimum QualificationsPrevious experience with the development and maintenance of a service catalogPrevious experience in the following:

o Administration of cost accounting processes

o Administration in chargeback systems

o Administration of demand management/consumption processesBachelor?s degree in a related disciplineStrong analytical, oral and written communicationsStrong Microsoft Excel skills
