Our new UnitedHealthcare Finance team has a highly visible position open for an experienced accounting professional. In support of integration activities, the key responsibilities of this position include:

 
Working on month-end close
Tracking billing of premiums in the system to ensure accuracy
Extracting data into journal uploads and monitoring uploads
Running reports to identify potential issues
Reconciling balance sheet accounts and providing supporting documentation
Assisting with variance analysis as needed



Accounting experience with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes is required, along with reconciliation and financial reporting experience. Experience in the healthcare or insurance field is preferred. A bachelor’s in a related discipline is required. CPA preferred.
