Responsibilities include acquisition and purchase accounting; integration support; impairment analyses; financial statement review and analysis; Sarbanes-Oxley internal control documentation and compliance testing; general audit support; process improvements and related system enhancements; policy research and documentation; and special reporting and adhoc requests.

Experience Required:
7-9 years experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in large multi divisional public company(s).
Excellent working knowledge of US GAAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong computer skills (Oracle, SAP and Essbase a plus).
Audit experience a plus.

Education:
BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or related field, CPA a plus.
