Sr. Accountant - SEC/Financial Reporting

Job Duties: Assists in preparing SEC quarterly and annual reports, as well as, standard and specialized reports including balance sheets and income statements on a quarterly and annual basis for external and internal users. Reviews monthly corporate schedules to be used by the corporate financial reporting team for consolidated financial statements. Analyzes balance sheet and income statement fluctuations and reports variations to internal users. Reconciles various general ledger accounts for reporting purposes. Researches and responds to all standard financial inquiries in a timely manner.

 

Requirements:

2-4 years financial experience, knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in theory and in practice. Strong PC skills with knowledge of spreadsheets and databases. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
