Sr. Assoc. - Private Company Services

Job Description -- The ideal candidates will deliver quality service to top tier private company clients within our Private Company Services (PCS) practice in Minneapolis. Candidates will be expected to take a consultant's approach to the attest/assurance process of a client's operations utilizing PricewaterhouseCoopers? state-of-the-art analytical and technological tools and best practice's methodologies. This includes annual and financial risk assessment, planning, review by interview, analytical procedures, methods to enhance shareholder value, and focused reviews of information systems. Job Requirement Essential

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years current public accounting experience in a Big 4, national firm, top local firm or prior major company that has a strong audit client base.
A solid track record of demonstrated career achievements and academic excellence.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) required.
A Commitment to exceptional client service and a flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity is a must.
Also the ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management.
0-20% Travel is required.
