Sr. Consolidations Accountant

Our client, a stable and growing $1B+ manufacturing company located in Sunnyvale, with an international presence, has a need for a Sr. Consolidations Accountant.  If you are on a career track, this is a company that hires with the intention of growing individuals into more prominent roles within the organization.  This is a growth-oriented role and a great time to join a dynamic team.

 

Role & Responsibilities: provide accounting support to domestic and international subsidiaries, will be responsible for portions of the internal reporting of monthly results, balance sheet reviews for some international entities and intercompany reconciliations.  reveiw and close of monthly financial statements, participation in acquisition accounting, balance sheet flux analysis, assist local and international subsidiaries to implement new policies, work with external auditors and SEC group on consolidated accounting information.  Support Corporate Finance group with ad-hoc analysis as necessary. 

 

Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of specific consolidation experience for a company with international locations, at least 5 years in a responsible accounting role, BA/BS degree in Finanace or Accounting, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet modeling), MBA (ideal not mandatory), CPA (ideal not mandatory), Oracle experience a definite plus.  This is a direct-hire, full-time position that offers growth potential.  Salary is $90-100K d.o.e.
