As senior consumer credit officer, you will be responsible for all aspects of consumer credit policy and risk management, including credit risk analysis, portfolio reporting, credit examination and policy revision. Additional responsibilities:

- Manage a group of professional risk managers, credit examiners and statistical analysts

- Report all aspects of consumer credit quality to executive management along with policy recommendations for mitigation of risks

- Review and revise credit policy to ensure that lending criteria are in accordance with portfolio risk and regulatory requirements

- Partner with business lines, product management and marketing staff to ensure that products and programs are in compliance with Bank and regulatory requirements

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or related discipline

- Coursework emphasizing mathematics, statistics and analytical sciences

-10+ years lending experience in underwriting or credit management

-5+ years credit policy/risk management experience in a supervisory role

-3+ years' experience in consumer credit quality management

- Strong working knowledge of statistical concepts related to scorecard development and validation

-Database management and SAS / SPSS proficiency preferred
