Sr. Credit & Collections Analyst

Responsibilities
? Senior level analyst position that will be assigned highly sensitive accounts and responsibilities for complex credit and collection problems.
? Monitor and collect outstanding debt as directed regarding past due accounts
? Make recommendations for credit limit, risk codes and terms of sale.
? Maintain existing portfolio of account files with current financial information and D&B reports.
? Keep abreast of industry trends as to how they relate to your account base.
? Prepare A/R reporting packages and other monthly/weekly A/R reports on high profile accounts as needed.
? Prepare reports, charts, graphs and other statistical information.

? Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under stress, excellent organizational skills for multi-tasking.
? Ability to manage deadlines, lead projects independently and with team members. Must be a capable team player and able to adapt to various project requirements.
? Must be able to work with minimal supervision displaying strong self-motivation.
? Must have the ability to effectively and appropriately interface and communicate with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis.


Requirements
? BS Degree in Business or Finance
? 5 years of relevant credit and collections experience
? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
? Good oral and written communication skills
? Experience with Solomon Applications a plus
