Senior Credit and A/R Specialist   

As our Sr. Credit & A/R Specialist, you will manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable from monitoring timely invoicing and credit card processing through collections and cash application.  In addition, you will have hands on responsibility for the collection of past due accounts for Fortune 1000 companies along with major US advertising agencies. This role requires effective interaction with internal and external customers, you will build & maintain good working relationships.

? Supervise all functions relating to monthly and more frequent billing.

? Ensure the integrity of financial data in the Accounts Receivable sub ledger, including reconciliation to the general ledger

? Work with IT and Engineering department to build better billing automation and refine existing billing systems.

? Supervising collection staff, establishing and measuring department goals, establishing credit limits and credit approval process.

? Managing/ forecasting cash receipts

? Analyzing statistical data on a regular basis

 Skills/Qualifications

? BA/BS in finance or equivalent degree required

? 2 + years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable

? Good verbal and written skills

? Good computer skills and experience with MS Excel, MS Office, and Great Plains.

? Online advertising industry and credit card processing experience a must.
