Sr. Financial Accountant - Central Houston

Company in Central Houton named as one of the ?100 Best Companies to Work For? is in need of a senior financial accountant.

 

This individual will provide a high level of support using highly developed analytical skills and a team approach, participate in the month-end closing to produce timely and accurate financial statements, participate in the development and review of the Annual Operating Plan, communicate with operations and senior management on financial matters, review and audit financial statements and budgets for accuracy and legitimacy as part of the monthly closing process, and prepare and create journal entries.

 

Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance 5-7 years experience of solid accounting experience, preferably in financial reporting Proficiency in Excel required JD Edwards accounting software experience a huge plus

Salary/Pay Rate: $57-65K
