We seek an analytical decision-maker to bring expertise to this challenging role. Primary responsibilities include:
Understanding the financial drivers of the business
Gathering a variety of operations metrics from various sources, and synthesizing this data into comprehensive management reports
Reporting on operations, sales and health plans
Working with trend analysis to identify and explain observations
Performing variance analysis of monthly results vs. budgets/forecasts
Participating in budgeting and forecasting



4+ years of financial analysis experience is required.  Computer proficiency is essential. Healthcare and/or health insurance experience is preferred. A related degree is required.
