Sr. Internal Auditor - Charlotte, NC

**Relocation Assistance Available**

**Position available due to growth in Internal Audit department for corporate headquarters.**

Salary: Up to $75,000; based on experience/certification.

Travel:Minimal; less than 20% (professional development conferences, etc).

Description:Perform internal audits of financial, operational and compliance activities to provide assurance to Audit Committee regarding internal controls. Assist with quarterly financial review process. Review management's testing for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Conduct special projects as required. Maintain knowledge of emerging financial accounting and reporting issues.

Requirements:2+ years experience with financial, operational and/or compliance audit. B.S. Accounting or Finance; MBA or Masters of Accountancy a plus. Big 4 or regional public accounting experience preferred. Professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred. Knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations.
