Spherion Legal is seeking candidates for a Sr. Lease Administrator for a commercial real estate management company. Company is currently in Arlington but will be relocating to new headquarters in Chevy Chase by the end of the summer ? both locations are metro accessible.

Responsibilities include:
Supervising, monitoring, and training junior lease administrators
Calculating straight-line rents and set up CAM pools in JD Edwards
Assist with tenant audits
Review GLOA schedules
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
3+ years of Accounting/Lease Administration experience
Bachelors Degree in business related field or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Excel
Experience with CAM and JD Edwards strongly preferred
Fluency in Spanish a plusGreat opportunity to use your real estate and/or accounting experience to advance in this growing profession. Salary up to $55k+ depending on experience and qualifications. Please send resumes as Word attachments to
