Sr Proj Manager, Compliance Audit & Investigations 53684

PURPOSE This positions exist on the Compliance Function of National Facilities Services (NFS) team to leverage resources, talent and expertise in developing and executing a compliance plan, assisting in the compliance change management planning and deployment, and conducting timely and effective compliance monitoring and reviews for the National Facilities Services (NFS) organization of Kaiser Permanente. This position requires developing working relationships within and outside NFS, including but not limited to National Compliance Organization (NCO), Internal Audit Services, National Legal, Quality Departments, Security and Investigative Units, Finance and the Medical Groups, to enable the unit to meet its goals. Requires ongoing process improvement to streamline and integrate operations; managing resources to effectively support the NFS Leadership Team, NCO, and Regional Compliance functions in both proactive and reactive activities; timely identification and escalation of issues such that appropriate action is taken.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor?s degree required, preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration or Health Information Technology or equivalent experience required. Masters degree is preferred.
? One of the following certificates preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
? Minimum of seven years of audit and/or business experience.
? Minimum of seven years experience in planning, supervising and auditing large complex operations with multiple locations and multiple staff to include three years of supervisory experience.
? Requires excellent knowledge of and experience in principles and practices of auditing/investigatin business and/or compliance functions.
? Experience in team building, consulting, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, demonstrated ability to lead professionals and manage others through influence, collaboration and consensus building. Ability to be a change agent.
? Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities in managing a wide range of projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
? Proficient in a variety of software applications: spreadsheet, project management and database.
