Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage Corporate Security's Crisis Management program to include planning and prepardedness, risk assessment, training and testing, monitoring and continual process improvement. Develop and implement effective policies, plans, practices, and controls that ensure the organization can respond to numerous crisis scenarios including disruption of normal business operations while ensuring the safety of employees and business continuity.  Participate in the development of all business unit and location business continuity plans to coordinate employee safety and facility considerations.

Coordinate business continuity, security crisis management, and disaster recovery program requirements across the corporate businesses. Act as primary coordinator, advisor and compliance manager to internal and external business clients in the development, implementation and testing of complex and large scale projects as they relate to business continuity and facility recoverability.

Perform risk analysis to identify areas of vulnerability; recommends disaster avoidance and reduction strategies. Provides guidance and coordinates efforts of staff members in the development of recovery procedures. 

Develop and lead effective enterprise-wide crisis management communications strategy.



 

Minimum of five years experience in corporate risk management, security or generally related experience. Thorough working knowledge and understanding of business continuity, security crisis management, and disaster recovery planning, techniques, and technologies.

Demonstrated experience managing diverse teams

Sound experience managing broad programs; developing and implementing organization, division, and corporate policy and plans.

 Experience participating in various division and corporate committees providing consistent strategies for the protection and recovery of resources and operations.
Ability to manage projects of various size and complexity including technical, financial management, timeline and resource management.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create collaborative business relationships. Ability to effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment. Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and act assertively to ensure deadlines are met; able to make independent decisions and problem solve; ability to promote collaboration and generate buy-in without having formal authority

Ability to recognize and use information about organizational climate and key individuals to accomplish organizational goals.
