Seeking to hire a Sr. Tax Accountant.

This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Everett, WA?and?reports to the Director of Tax Operations.??

?

Primary responsibilities and requirements include:

?FAS 109 income tax reportingFederal income tax complianceState and local tax compliance: income, franchise, property tax as well as sales and use.Federal and state audit defense???????? Knowledge of International Tax Reporting (Forms 5471) preferredSpecial projects as required.???? BA/BS degree in Accounting or Economics/Business with accounting emphasis.? Master of Taxation preferred but not required.? CPA with 3 to 5 years of corporate tax experience. Prior work experience with an international accounting firm a plus. Knowledge of FAS 109 income tax accounting as well as diversified tax compliance experience in federal, state and local taxation preferred?? The individual must be detail oriented and organized with excellent workpaper skills along with strong analytical and problem solving skills. The individual must also have excellent oral and written communications skills as the job requires frequent communication with foreign affiliates worldwide.? Proficiency with SAP preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and electronic research (RIA Checkpoint, BNA Portfolio) required.?
