Sr. Tax Analyst
Description: This individual would be responsible for international tax issues. Responsibilities would include:
*Overview of outsourced expatriate tax program including responding to questions and insuring compliance with company policies and procedures
*Review of international tax provisions to insure that they are in compliance with US GAAP and FAS 109 / FAS 5
*Provide assistance with transfer pricing issues and compiling of studies
*Provide assistance with Subpart F/Earnings and Profits determinations and calculations
*International tax compliance reporting for the US
*Review of foreign tax returns
*Provide assistance in various questions and issues raised by international and domestic operating units
*General support of International business development
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree
*CPA
*minimum 8 years tax experience *public accounting experience preferred
*Fluency in Spanish is preferred
