QUALIFICATIONS:
Four year degree in accounting preferred with Advanced Excel and computer related skills an absolute must.  A test will be administered.  Please do not apply without advanced computer skills. Will consider individual with 2 years of relevant accounting  experience without degree.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with computers, Microsoft products, especially excel spreadsheets. Ability to multi-task covering various responsibilities throughout the month.Excellent interpersonal and verbal / written communications skills. Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with file auditing and lease recording. Prepare Crystal Reports and other database driven reportsACH / Cash receipts processing. Sales and Property tax filings.
