The Staff Accountant will participate in the examination, review, and compilation of financial statements; prepare and review tax returns: maintain strong client relationship and identify new business opportunities; assist with special reviews concerning acquisitions, mergers, and sale of businesses.

Candidates must have a degree in Accounting and meet the minimum requirements to sit for the CPA exam. Solid understanding of financial statement preparation, reporting, and basic tax principals. Dynamic interpersonal skills and potential to promote business. Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word.
