Staff Accountant (DE7123)

Requires:
3-5 years experience accounting in multi-unit environment.
3  years payroll transaction/payroll tax experience.
2  years experience with Lawson software.
Experience in Oracle, HRIS, ADP Connection and Lawson software upgrades and implementation.
Experience in ADP timesaver.
Experience in spreadsheet design. 
BA in Business or Accounting.
Experience in hotel accounting and front office accounting.
Excellent analytical/organizational and leadership experience.

Duties:
Preparation of periodic income, sales and tax statements.
Create and reconciliation of balance sheets accounts.
Preparation of salary for all management and special fees.
Assist filing of all local, state and federal taxes.
Assist in all budgeting processes.
Training of all property personnel in accounting software and management systems.
Other duties to be assigned.
