Job Description

? Trade Vendors ? Obtain proper approval on invoices, reconcile invoices to purchase orders and track activity.
? AP - Process expat requests for payments to the expats and 3rd parties. Verify calculation, receipts and approvals for all expense reports. Process and input vouchers into SAP AP system to ensure accurate and timely payment of vendors.
? Reconcile and process miscellaneous payroll deductions for weekly funding.
? Process payroll funding and garnishment funding on a weekly basis.
? Prepare Intercompany statements as well as debit/credit memos as necessary to intercompany divisions.

Requirements

? Business related 4-year degree or equivalent accounting experience.
? Some experience in an intercompany multi-divisional environment is preferred.
? Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts
? Prior Accounts Payable experience preferred, knowledge of three way match
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
? Knowledge of SAP and PeopleSoft preferred.
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
? Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
? Experience working in a team environment.
