Staff Accountant II

Responsibilities include: Preparing and posting journal entries for multiple facilities. Assisting with the closing of assigned facilities and with the review and analysis of general ledger accounts and other financial reports to assess accuracy of the general ledger. Reconciling assigned balance sheet accounts while providing appropriate supporting documentation. Assisting in compiling statistical, accounting or auditing reports and/or providing support for tax packages. Assisting in providing information to our internal and external auditors and other duties as assigned by CAO management.
To qualify, candidates should possess: BBA in Accounting requiredExperience in Microsoft Products; Excel, Outlook, Word; Experience in general ledger review and analysis. Experience in preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations.Ability to work with external as well as internal personnel.
Schedule: Full Time; 40 hrs weeklyDay Shift; 8:00AM - 5:00PMAbility to work on Saturday if needed.
