Staff Accountant - Major Manufacturing Co!

Manufacturing company seeks a STAFF ACCOUNTANT to be responsible for updating processing monthly distribution checks and recording general ledgers activity for multiple entities.

Major Responsibilities/Duties: Monitor and record capital contributions, update appropriate Excel schedules, and record deposits. Set up client information in Yardi system and change/update on an on-going basis. Issue monthly cash distribution checks to clients. Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliations for multiple entities. Record and code all deposits to general ledger for multiple entities. Review appropriate paperwork, set-up ACH payments for distributions, and record in general ledger. Prepare schedules as required and assist in compilation of annual tax packages. Monitor and reconcile do/to from affiliated entities ensuring that payments are made timely. Liaison with Investors Relations as to timing, processing, and changes to distributions checks, Respond timely to client inquiries. Update monthly client distribution Excel schedule and provide information as to cash distributions on an on-going basis. Process accounts payable as required for various investments. Special Projects as assigned.
