Staff Accountant in Aurora for temp-to-hire opportunity!

Kelly Financial Resources (KFR) is currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a temp-to-hire position in Aurora.

SUMMARY
Maintain general ledger through financial statement to include bank reconciliations, sales entries, cost of sales, property taxes and work paper preparation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES
' Prepare financial statements
' Maintain job budgets
' Maintain job costs to include reconciling to GL
' Minimal A/P as necessary
' Process purchase orders as necessary
' Other duties/tasks as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
' Associates degree or higher in Accounting strongly preferred.
' 2-4 years of experience

QUALIFICATIONS
' Proficient in Excel
' Knowledge of TCM accounting software preferred but not required
' Construction background preferred but not required
' Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
' Must have good oral and written communications
' Must be accurate and detail-oriented
