Staff Accountant to $60k – Lincolnshire

An International professional services company is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant with strong analytical and organizational skills. As Staff Accountant the individual will be responsible for account reconciliation and analysis, monthly cycle count reporting, auditing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance, one to three years of cost accounting experience, proficient in Excel, and the flexibility to travel as needed. Our client is looking for a unique individual who has the ability to quickly learn new skills as well as take initiative to assume new responsibilities Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus!

Additional Responsibilities:

-  Assist in capturing and analyzing all manufacturing variances.

-  Calculate benefit, labor, and overhead rates

-  Analyze cost change reserves and excess/obsolete/inventory reserves

-  Monitor the efficiency and accuracy of existing financial processes

-  Assist with the implementation of physical inventories
