Staff Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant
Job Purpose:
Maintains records of financial transactions for a Food Manufacturing Company; Posting transactions.
Duties:
* Accounts Receivable adjustments, cash receipts and aging.
* Assist in Maintain general ledger.
* Assist in Balancing general ledger by preparing a trial balance;
reconciling entries.
* Assist in preparing financial reports.
* Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying
requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports;
advising management on needed actions.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in Food Manufacturing a plus. Must have College Accounting Courses completed and be proficient in Accounting Software - Process Pro/Accpac a plus. Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Data Entry Skills, Accounting, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness
