Staff Tax & Sr. Tax Accountant

Above standard benefits include 37.5 hour work week (summer hours), 1/2 days on Fridays, 6% match on 401k, 2 weeks vacation.

Salary - $55,000-$80,000 + 10% bonus

Tax Accountant and Senior Tax Accountant - Meets all required tax reporting deadlines. Maintains current knowledge of tax laws that affect the company.

Essential Functions:
? Prepares and maintains completed tax returns and reports involved with federal and state tax liabilities.
? Researches current tax laws that affect the company and presents to management.
? Assists in audits and responds to questions and notices from governmental agencies. May be involved in mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree required. CPA or MST preferable.

? 2-8 years experience in federal and / or state and local tax
? Must have good oral and written communication skills.
