Job Description:

 

The Staff/Payroll Accountant works closely with the Accounting Supervisor on the finanacial close process. He/she is responsible for all areas of payroll including bi-weekly payroll cycle and for the fixed asset accounting function including maintenance, depreciation and monthly reporting.  The Staff Payroll Accountant must have the ability to maintain confidentail information and provide exceptional customer service to all levels of employees

 

Requirements:

4 plus years expereince in accounting. Strong systems proficiency with MS Office and ADP and attention to detail.  Experience with MAS 599 General ledger System, Fixed Assets and Excel preferred.

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be detail oriented. BS in Accounting (or related degree) required.
