Position Highlights:
Individual successes are achieved in this dynamic, team-based environment through account development, account management and recruiting. Training is provided by seasoned industry professionals as well as through access to company Business Training Library.
Your success is recognized with monthly commissions, based on a tiered scale according to sales revenue, and complimented by a substantial base salary, company matching 401(k), profit sharing and comprehensive benefit package (HMO/PPO including dental and life).
Account Development:
* Sales efforts are 1/3 outside, 2/3 inside
* Typical contacts are Managers of Accounting departments, Controllers, CFO's & Human Resource professionals
* Diverse client base of small/mid-sized through Fortune 500 companies
* Client base is initially assigned
* Responsible for new business development
* Territory is Downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs
* Client-related expenses are reimbursed, including transportation to & from appointments
Account Management:
* Placements will be of accounting/finance professionals
* Must review & prioritize open orders daily according to start date & skill set required
* Must match candidates to assignments, present candidates to clients, interview new candidates & evaluate their accounting/financial skills
* Must initiate quality assurance calls to candidates & clients weekly on active assignments
Recruiting:
*Call on resumes received via fax & e-mail, referrals etc.
* Post job openings to the internet & fax to recruiting sources etc.
*Contact by phone or visit assigned recruiting sources and make presentations.
Educational Requirements:
Accounting/Financial experience or an Accounting/Finance Degree
Sales experience is a plus.
