Staffing Consultant (Accounting and Finance)

Accounting Principals, a division of the MPS Group, is expanding operations in our King of Prussia branch. We are seeking an experienced Staffing Consultant for the recruitment and placement of Accounting and Financial professionals.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess prior staffing industry experience and/or prior accounting, sales or recruitment experience. In this role, your responsibilities will include recruiting top-tier talent in the market, new business development and client penetration. Duties include in-person interviewing, networking and interfacing with CFO?s, VP?s of Finance, Controllers, Accounting Managers and other hiring authorities to market your best candidates to top companies. You will be a team player, and be extremely money motivated.
