Acsys, Inc. are seeking  Staffing Consultants for our busy Edison, NJ location.  Responsibilities include recruiting, interfacing with clients to assure they have the best service possible and developing relationships with new clients and candidates.

As a Staffing Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the growth of our project and direct hire business by targeting candidates with specific skill sets for open positions and recruiting placeable candidates for future openings. Other responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and utilizing prospecting and assessment skills.

 REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor?s degree in business, finance/accounting or a related discipline 
2+ years of finance/accounting industry experience 
Strong results orientation 
Able to accurately match candidates to client specifications 
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to build solid relationships with candidates;
Excellent interviewing skills;
Strong networking and referral building skills
