Ajilon is a global leader in professional staffing and recruitment in the Accounting and Financial fields. Our company has experienced tremendous growth in our temporary and contract-for-hire division.  As a result, we are searching for a Staffing Manager who can make a difference in our downtown Denver market. Your primary responsibility as Staffing Manager will be to source, interview and match candidates to client companies ultimately making temporary and temporary-to-hire placements. Furthermore, you will assume a prominent role in the development and retention of business accounts and provide quality customer service.

Qualified candidates will possess:

A minimum of 2 years of staffing or recruiting experience along with ability to perform sales activities to assist in growing the business.  In addition, qualified candidate must have:
Bachelor Degree preferred.
Accounting and/or Finance background a plus but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability and desire to succeed in a sales environment.
Ability to work well and function within a team environment.
