Subcontracts Administrator Position Available in Eatontown

A world leader in consulting is looking to fill the role of Subcontracts Administrator for its Eatontown location.?

The right candidate will:

Provide strategy, advice, counseling, and recommendations to internal staff and potential subcontractors on procurement issues in support of the Eatontown business unit. Assist in the identification and formulation of teaming strategies. Support new business development initiatives. Negotiate and administer subcontracts as assigned. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements. Ensure compliance with the contractor purchasing system review and self-governance requirements.

Functional/Industry Knowledge:

-8+ years of experience with procurement and subcontract administration with contractors to the federal government

-Experience with the interpretation and application of current federal government contracts and procurement regulations

-Experience with DoD contracting preferred

-Knowledge of the proposal process

-Knowledge of IDIQ, DPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M, and LOE types of contracts

-Knowledge of the task order and delivery order process

-Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:

BA or BS degree in Business Administration or a related field required
