Superstar Needed - Accounting Supervisor / Sr Accountant

Electrolurgy, Inc. is a leader in the metal finishing industry. Since 1969, we have grown and accomplished many things with the help of creative and hard-working individuals. We currently have an opening for another team player, the position of Accounting Supervisor / Senior Accountant. This position is a hands-on position. It will oversee all day-to-day accounting operations of the corporate headquarters.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Responsible for all accounting and administrative related functions of the company, such as A/R, A/R, Purchasing, Loan Analysis, Fixed Assets and etc?
2. Assisting each month end closing; maintaining all monthly account analysis
3. Develop and maintain daily cash flow analysis
4. Calculate monthly commissions of sales department
5. Coordinate all banking activities
6. Produce financial reports to upper management
7. Responsible for developing and maintaining clear and precise procedures and work instructions of all accounting and administrative functions
8. Participate in administration of company benefits
9. Be able to assist in various human resources duties
10. Others?


QUALIFICATIONS

Experience/Training/Education:

1. Required: Five years of accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Desirable: Associate?s/Bachelor?s degree

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. General computer knowledge
2. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office
3. Ability to negotiate pricing
4. Working knowledge of a PC based payroll system for Windows
5. MAS 90 experience a BIG plus
6. HR experience and knowledge a plus
7. Ability to resolve employee relations issues effectively
