Job Description:

Warehouse Correspondence is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payments for all vendors who ship goods directly to our Distribution Centers. This position will be responsible for supervising the staff that reconciles the invoices to the receipts.



Essential Skills:

Responsible for motivating staff to acheive individual, departmental, and company goals.
Responsible for supervising the accurate and timely reconciliation of invoices.
Responsible for managing work flow and process improvements.
Develop strong professional relationships with Corporate personnel to identify and improve processes.
Facilitate training of staff.



Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience required.
Strong decision making skill required.
Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
Must be able to handle multiple task simultaneously.
Strong understanding of financial accounting.
Strong analytical skills a plus.
Ability to interact with all levels of organization.
Ability to work independently as well as with others in a team environment.
