Support Specialist

Job Description:  Installation, training, implementation and support of accounting, inventory management, manufacturing, and services related software.

 

Requirements:

 Must have basic knowledge of operating system environments including windows.  Unix/Linux knowledge is a plus. Must have a degree in accounting or have substantial accounting background Must be able to interact with customers via telephone, internet, email, or on site. Must have the ability to correspond and communicate professionally with both clients, vendors and coworkers Must be willing to travel, including overnight trips on a regular basis Must be able to troubleshoot and research client problems and return an accurate, feasible answer in a timely manner. Must have the ability to multi task, prioritize and work independently
