Deloitte's Comprehensive Tax Solutions group works with a client's tax department to identify and implement tax strategies that can positively impact your global effective tax rate and shareholder value. We provide ideas and resources across many tax disciplines that can identify new types of deductions, recoup overpayments, discover misclassified expenses and work with your tax team on long range tax planning.

Transaction Cost Recovery Strategies (TCRS) is a leading client service group under ProvenSolutions, which is one of CTS's nine premier service lines. TCRS targets large corporations who have incurred M&A costs that are eligible for deduction under Section 162 or amortization under Section 195 of the Tax Code. Our team has extensive experience with transaction costs related to transactions occurring since 1996, with over 200 transactions and $1 billion of costs analyzed. Our team has also assisted approximately 50 companies with respect to M&A costs associated with transactions
that closed prior to 1996. Our TCRS teams are led by CTS partners and senior managers with extensive Subchapter C, accounting, and tax-free reorganization backgrounds with significant client service experience in TCRS delivery.
Staff Consultants are responsible for using their accounting, tax or law knowledge to identify opportunities that secure such tax incentives for our clients. Participate in client meetings with the respective tax engagement teams and assist in presenting our services to clients. Research and develop the necessary materials for the client meeting. Partake in the strategic planning initiatives of the engagements.

Qualified Candidates Will Have:BA/BS in Accounting, or Finance CPA, MS in Taxation, MBA - Tax/ Accounting focus Previous Federal/Core Tax or Financial Audit background are desired. Candidates with previous Big 4 experience will be given priority consideration
