TIME KEEPING ACCOUNTANT- LAW FIRM!

Job Description:
Law firm is looking for a Time Keeping Accountant. Responsibilities:
Communicate with secretaries and timekeepers to resolve errors or problem solving on time entries and hours budget via telephone or e-mails; Assist in balancing and calculating the monthly hours report; Update sick and vacation reports; Assist with the Time Department documentation and policy/procedures; Assist with month-end closing; Assist in training when necessary. Must have knowledge of principles, methods, practices and procedures of financial and statistical work, accounting principles, Excel,
Computer terminal operation, and Statistical report preparation. Must have ability to perform 10-key by touch, operate computer terminal, input data accurately, and check and verify figures accurately. Great working environment!
