Help iET Solutions be a leader in the IT Service Management (ITSM) industry by acting as the Staff Accountant who processes accounts payable, provides management with financial information; analyzes information; prepares general ledger entries and payments; develops and implements procedures; and helps with general office administration.

Qualifications

Makes effective use of Great Plains Accounting Software, MSExcel spreadsheet, and MSWord word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management. FRx experience a plus.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.

PC proficient in Windows environments. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and Web-enabled applications.

Familiarity with the applicable Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS) rules for this industry.

Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities.

Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals.

Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.

Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.

Can be trusted to keep sensitive information secure.

BA/BS or equivalent experience.
