Tax Analyst - Audit

Job Description: GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Responsible for assisting senior manager with federal income tax audits, including gathering information and supporting documentation to respond to Information Document Requests, drafting responses to IDRs and attending meetings with IRS agents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TYPICAL FOR MOST POSITIONS:

* Assist with federal income tax audits
* Perform analysis of balance sheet and income statements for tax differences
* Conduct research on tax issues and make recommendations

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and training. Typically requires a minimum of 4 years related experience. Masters in Taxation preferred.
