Our client is currently looking for a Tax Analyst to join their Corporate Tax Department.

Key Responsibilities:Review and preparation of corporate federal and state income tax returns. Assist with FAS 109 analysis and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Responsible for state and federal tax audits. Position breakdown: 75% compliance & 25% research/planning.

Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Accounting. 2+ years of public or private income tax experience. CPA preferred.
