Tax Compliance Manager

International company has an immediate need for a Tax Manager. This position will be responsible for the filling of all direct tax returns. Responsibilities will include identifying book/tax provisions;identifying state tax adjustments;analysis of property, sales and payroll taxes and calculating and making cash forecast related to tax payments. Other duties will include calculating and making estimated tax payments,quarterly provision calculations,assist in transfer price studies, monthly reconciliation of income tax payable accounts, coordination of foreign tax filings and other day to day special projects. Qualified candidates must have a strong working knowledge of Federal and Multi state tax laws along with a strong corporate tax compliance knowledge. Public accounting experience is a plus.
