TAX DIRECTOR
Base salary approximately $200K

This position will be responsible for the tax accounting, compliance and planning for the Corporation on a global level. It will serve as a tax advisor to senior management, and it will initiate strategies to improve the company's tax position.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Accounting
- Masters degree desired
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- FAS 109 experience
- International experience a plus
- CPA, JD a plus
