Tax Director - International Tax

Job Description -- PricewaterhouseCoopers is searching for an experienced tax professional join their growing International Tax practice. An opportunity to concentrate efforts on a variety of international tax research, consulting, planning and compliance issues. This position involves helping the management team in advising U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations as well as coordinating U.S. tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy. You may also be responsible for researching and providing industry knowledge and technical expertise to the management team, and clients, in one or more of the following areas: ISG, PCS and SALT

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree required as well as meeting the firm's credentialing requirements. For ITS, the accepted credentialing is CPA or Admitted to Practice Law.


Job Requirement Essential

8+ years of experience in a public accounting environment with a solid technical background with at least 2 years of international tax experience.
Experience consulting on and delivering tax projects.
Candidates should have tax research and consulting experience, be client-service oriented and be able to demonstrate creative problem solving skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
