Tax Manager (#403-MH356)

**Tax Manager** The Professional Division of Manpower-Des Moines has been engaged by a public accounting firm in Eastern Iowa to identify candidates for the position of Tax Manager. The position requires previous concentration in income taxes with supervisory responsibilities.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

* Supervising tax staff
* Review of income tax forms for corporation, partnership, individuals, and non-profit organizations
* Will provide technical assistance and tax research
* Preparation of Business Valuation
* Will have direct client contact

REQUIRED BACKGROUND INCLUDES, BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO:

* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance and CPA
* Minimum five (5) years tax experience required
* Must have strong relational and PC skills. Good communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
